This storage enclosure will store the motorcycle pallets
that will remain onsite between shipments. A
photograph of these pallets has been uploaded to the

Front row parking
The row of 12 parking spaces on the south of the site abuts an extremely
wide drive aisle (49' in width). Please consider moving the parking toward
the north and installing a landscaping buffer adjacent to the southern
property line to reduce the width of this drive aisle to appear consistent with
the rest of the site design. Thank you.

ADA ramp grade
Ensure that the ADA ramp complies with ADA ramp standards/requirements.
ADA standards specify that the maximum run slope for ramps is 1:12 (8.33%)
and the grading plan appears to show a slope greater than that.

The existing ramp does slightly exceed the maximum
allowable slode of 1:12; therefore, we have added a new
ADA compliant handicap ramp near the southwest
corner of the building. This ramp was added per your
suggestion received via email correspondence.

ADA parking locationn
Please consider moving the ADA parking spaces to the spaces across from
the access ramp to provide a more direct accessible route from the access
aisle to the ramp leading to the building's entrance. The current plan shows
an indirect accessible route behind parking spaces which could create a
dangerous situation for a person using the access aisle while another person
is backing out of the ADA space(s).

We have moved the ADA parking spaces to the
opposite side of the drive aisle as requested. The
existing slopes of some of the parking space along the
southside of the building exceed 2.0% in some cases.
The slopes within the ADA parking spaces and
maneuvering areas as currently proposed are ADA
compliant.

Bicycle parking minimum number
Section 5.29 of the UDO requires a minimum of 2 bicycle parking spaces for
auto oriented uses. Each inverted-U rack provides 2 bicycle parking spaces
so only one rack is required for this project.

Sidewalk connection from path to building
Revise the plans to provide a sidewalk connection from the path along 96th
St to the building. This can be done in this location or by implementing a
sidewalk in the existing curbed areas on the east side of the site. As
proposed cars can park on the accessible route obstructing the access aisle.
