Hendricks Commercial Properties, LLC ("Landlord") has reviewed submitted plans for Caminiti ("Tenant")
drawn by Signcraft dated 11-13-23. Landlord hereby APPROVES AS NOTED the submitted plans
subject to the conditions outlined in this letter.
All tenant plans and approvals are subject to the following standard rules, regulations, policies,
procedures and conditions ("Construction Rules and Regulations") listed in Exhibit A. Any material
changes in the plans must be resubmitted and re -approved by Landlord prior to any work commencing.
