Docket No. 189-02 ADLS Amend- Shelbourne Estates Subdivision Sign (formerly Claybourne) Petitioner seeks amended Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage approval to install a new subdivision sign. The site is located along West 131 st Street, 1/4 mile west ofShelbome Road. The site is zoned S-I/Residence. Filed by Chris Werth for Boomerang Development, LLC. The applicant is requesting ADLS Amendment approval of a new subdivision sign. Please see information packet for elevations and details (see the enclosed information). The sign is different than that approved when the subdivision was granted Primary Plat approval. Entry signage for subdivisions, if not approved at the time of the Primary Plat, is required to seek approval through the Plan Commission as an ADLS Amendment. The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request as presented. Note: The item only requires approval by the Special Studies Committee. Committee Report 2003-0107
