Dear Mr. Dobosiewics:
Per our conversation, attached is our application for the revised entryway monuments for
the custom home section ofthe Claybourne community. As you are aware, to help
differentiate the product types in Claybourne, the name of the custom home section of the
community was changed from Claybourne Estates to Shelbourne Estates. Additionally,
we desire to upgrade the Shelbourne Estates entryway monuments.
Shelbourne Estates consists of 42 large custom lots with anticipated home prices from
$400,000. Sovereign Grey Creative ofIndianapolis designed an upscale monument that
combines brick, limestone, wrought iron and cast bronze lettering as depicted in the
attached elevation. Not visible in the drawing is an elevated half circle planter behind the
wall for additional flowers. The new wall is both taller and longer than the original. Per
your request I have also attached a copy of the original monument.
