We want to share our continued th concerns regarding the proposed development with frontage on 146 St. (Schafer/Pulte Andrews PUC). We appreciate the revisions Pulte has made to date. We are pleased Pulte has listened to our concerns and has responded with several plan revisions. To date, the revised plan does not include a stub street for future access to Gray Road. We feel this is important as it will offer additional options for access to and departure from the proposed subdivision. It would reduce traffic through the Gray Oaks subdivision. At the last meeting, we very pleased to hear Committee members are recommending the stub street as well as upgrading elevation exterior construction materials and additional landscaping.
