1. THIS RELEASE INCLUDES BUILDING 3
TOWNHOUSES AND LOT 3 RETAIL SPACE.
2. Reviewed under 2003 IRe.
3. Without a design, minimum snow
loading for roof design to be per code.
4. Permitted openings between garage and
residence to be equiped solid wood, or
solid honeycomb core steel doors not
less than 1-3/8 inches thick, or
20~minute fire-rated doors, per code.
5. Stairway steps max. rise of 9-1/4
inches and min. run of 9 inches per
code.
6. Through penetrations of fire-
resistive wall or f100r/ceiling
assemblies to be per code.
7. Drains shaff be provided around all
foundations that enclose habitable or

The building & Sewer Shall be pve sewer pipe meeting ASTM specifications 3034 SDR 35 of latest revision; or vitrified clay pipe, meeting'
ASTM specifications C-700 for extra strength clay pipe of latest revision unless other materials are hereby permitted in writing. The sewer
shall be installed in accordance with ASTM 232] for pve pipe and the Uniform Plumbing Code for the State of Indiana. All installations sh1all be
in strict compliance with pertinent City ofCarmcl ordinances. Back Water check valves shall be installed in accordance with City Code Section
9-122(a), and sections P3008.1 and .2 of the International Residential Code. All building scwcrs sha]1 be 6" diameter.
All installations shall be "open trench" inspected and approved bv the Carmel Sewer Deoartmcnt before any backfilling is done. Non-
eomp]iance may result in digging up the sewer installation and/or denial offuturc scwer permits and/or denial of water connections.
No footing or foundation drains or other sources of ground water or stann water shall be permitted to enter the public sewer.
Sewer inspcctions should be reauested at (3 ]7) 571-2648 onc to four hours in advance.
No inspections or installations will be made on Saturday or Sunday or holidays unless arrangements arc made at least 24 hours in advance. All
plumbers or contractors installing sewer (or water) lines shall have a plumbers bond posted with the CITY ENGINEER'S OFFICE. Ifany street
