1032 E. Main St., Carmel, IN 46033.
I am seeking an exception for short term rental in the guesthouse that is on my
property. I do not live in a neighborhood. I live on 8 acres that is set far off Main
St. This is my primary residence. We have a guesthouse on our property that we
would like to rent out. We have plenty of space and a huge driveway. We also
live here so we control who comes and goes and what happens on our property.
I think that we have the perfect place for something like this and it won't effect
our neighbors in any way.
-Parking is not an issue on my property. I have an extremely long driveway.
Guests park their car in from of the garage doors (marked X).

not find that those criteria prevent the granting of the Special Exception.
IT IS THEREFORE the decision of the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals that Special Exception Docket No. PZ-2022-00018 SE is
granted, subject to any conditions stated in the minutes of this Board, which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part
hereof.
