for the construction of four, one-story buildings on a 3.04-acre parcel
within Block E of Phase II of the West Carmel Marketplace.
The site is located at the intersection of 106th Street and Michigan Road,
within the Michigan Road/US 421 Overlay, and is zoned B5.
