Dear Mr. & Mrs. Larson:
At the meeting held Monday, January 22, 2024, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Special Exception (SE) request filed by you for the property located at 377
Patricia Court:
APPROVED with CONDITIONS: PZ-2023-00288 SE - Larson Short Term Residential Rental Renewal
• CONDITIONS: The Petitioner/homeowner is present when short term rental guests stay, and that
there are no more than four (4) guests per rental period.
Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Special
Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is Jan. 22, 2025.
