At the meeting held Monday, January 22, 2024, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer
took the following action regarding the Special Exception (SE) request filed by you for the property
located at 1032 E. Main Street:
APPROVED with CONDITION: PZ-2023-00283 SE - Thomas Short Term Residential Rental
• CONDITION: Guests staying here will only be allowed to park on-site, and not on Maplecrest
Drive.
Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned
Special Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is Jan. 22, 2025.
