Subject:JG Village- Proposed Daycare Site

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing concerning the additional, proposed daycare at the corner of 116th and Springmill Rd. I
oppose the daycare as this will increase the commercial space that was previously approved by the City
of Carmel (which most residents did not want) by 50%. The neighborhood adjacent to Jackson’s Grant
Village will absolutely bear the brunt of additional traffic through the neighborhood as certain traffic
patterns will force this to occur. While I am not happy about the idea of more townhomes in JG Village, it
is the better alternative to the proposed Daycare facility.
Your HOA Board believes the adverse impact of traffic from a daycare school outweighs the addition of
more townhomes. Nevertheless, we want to hear from owners. What do you think about the only two
possible outcomes? Would you like to see more townhomes added or would rather see a daycare
school added to JG Village?
