easement/agreement that grants access for this parcel
and are currently investigating. If documentation is
found that grants access, we will upload. If no
documentation is found that grants access, easement
documentation will be created and submitted for review
and approval.

Good afternoon, Michael - Our sign permits specialist (Aliza Shalit) just stopped by my office and let me know that
you will most likely also need a sign variance. Would you want to table the pending building height variance
request to the March 25 BZA HO meeting, to get the two variance items heard at the same time? Or, you do want
to move forward with just the one building height variance, now, and then come back next month for the sign
variance? Please let me know your thoughts on this. Thank you.
