Includ~d information regarding our request to make improvements to the above
captioned property. This single family residential currently has a two-car attached garage
on the east side of the building. It is our desire to convert this space into a den/office area.
We will contract with various professionals to complete the electrical, heating and
structural modifications. Each contractor will be required to adhere to professional
guidelines. We intend to complete the improvements by March 31, 2007 and will contact
you at the appropriate time for your "rough-in inspection". Please notify us immediately
if you require further information and/or details. Thank you for your prompt
consideration to our request.
