RE: Docket No. PZ-2023-00273 ADLS Amend: Tom Wood Honda Powerhouse
Dear Mr. Mellish,
The Carmel Plan Commission Commercial Committee took the following action at its December 5, 2023,
meeting regarding approval for exterior building modifications and site improvements to remodel the former
TruWorth Auto site. The site is located at 3006 E. 96th St. It is zoned B-3/Business and is not located within an
overlay zone.
APPROVED with CONDITIONS: PZ -2023-00273 ADLS Amend: Tom Wood Honda Powerhouse
The Petitioner addresses all remaining TAC review comments in ProjectDox and pending Planning
Staff approvals regarding the plantings in the island and along the multi-use path, and the
Commitment to add additional landscaping needed to prevent vehicles from parking in those areas.
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for
any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
