ONE STATE RELEASE CONDITION RE:
-Buildings shall be designed and
constructed to sustain all dead load,
live load, and environmental loads, per
code.
Application/submittal taken in without
normal submittal meeting. Emails from
various offices showing approvals are
included in our paperwork. Matt Griffin
of Planning approved this over the
phone on 1/22/07, and reported that
site plan and elevation copies for
stamping did not need to be submitted.
--A water fee may be due, which John
Duffy is looking in to. He stated on
phone on 1/23106 that Utilities will
handle assessing and collecting the fee,
so we would not need to do this or hold
issuance for it.
This permit is valid only if construction commences within one (I) Yl'"ar of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction
must be completed (C/O issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.
