Total signage area must remain at 49sf. Same as previously approved
signage. This is because if completely replaced the size of the sign allowed
per UDO sign standards would be less, but since the sign structure remains,
then the sign size is grandfathered as is.

Iron Ore
Please identify where "Iron Ore" color is being applied to the building.

Iron Ore should not have been included on the drawing
and will be removed on the revision.

Color palette
Too many colors are being utilized on this building causing the design to
seem disjointed. Please eliminate at least the "Caramelized" paint color from
this palette and redesign utilizing more of a neutral color.
Exterior Paint.png Responsed by: Dustin Myers - 2/8/24 10:07 AM
This will be corrected on the revision.

New neutral color
Please explore an alternative neutral paint color. "Aged White" seems too
light and will blend in with the white trim. Please explore a more cool-toned
neutral akin to Sherwin-Williams color "Pussywillow" to deemphasize the red
hue of the brick.
Exterior Paint.png Responsed by: Dustin Myers - 2/8/24 10:07 AM
The suggested Sherwin color "pussywillow" will be used
on the revised drawing.

Aged White sections
Please continue the "Dried Thyme" color along these areas where "Aged
White" is currently utilized to enhance the overall color consistency across
the building.

This will be corrected on the revision.
