Please ensure that the site is in compliance with these plans and replace any missing plant material and contact me for any changes or questions. Info Only 4 1 Sign Permits Aliza Shalit 2/6/24 11:04 AM Comment Total signage area must remain at 49sf. Same as previously approved signage. This is because if completely replaced the size of the sign allowed per UDO sign standards would be less, but since the sign structure remains, then the sign size is grandfathered as is. Info Only 5 1 Sign Permits Aliza Shalit 2/6/24 11:25 AM Comment Ground sign color change approval contingent on approval of final overall color scheme approval. Info Only 6 1 Planning & Zoning Christina Jesse 2/7/24 11:44 AM Changemark Iron Ore Please identify where "Iron Ore" color is being applied to the building. Exterior Paint.png Responsed by: Dustin Myers - 2/8/24 10:06 AM Iron Ore should not have been included on the drawing and will be removed on the revision. Resolved 7 1 Planning & Zoning Christina Jesse 2/7/24 11:44 AM Changemark Color palette Too many colors are being utilized on this building causing the design to seem disjointed. Please eliminate at least the "Caramelized" paint color from this palette and redesign utilizing more of a neutral color. Exterior Paint.png Responsed by: Dustin Myers - 2/8/24 10:07 AM This will be corrected on the revision. Resolved 8 1 Planning & Zoning Christina Jesse 2/7/24 11:44 AM Changemark New neutral color Please explore an alternative neutral paint color. "Aged White" seems too light and will blend in with the white trim. Please explore a more cool-toned neutral akin to Sherwin-Williams color "Pussywillow" to deemphasize the red hue of the brick. Exterior Paint.png Responsed by: Dustin Myers - 2/8/24 10:07 AM The suggested Sherwin color "pussywillow" will be used on the revised drawing. Resolved 9 1 Planning & Zoning Christina Jesse 2/7/24 11:46 AM Changemark Aged White sections Please continue the "Dried Thyme" color along these areas where "Aged White" is currently utilized to enhance the overall color consistency across the building. Exterior Paint.png Responsed by: Dustin Myers - 2/8/24 10:21 AM This will be corrected on the revision. Resolved REVIEW COMMENTS
