Docket No. PZ-2024-00001 ADLS Amendment: IMI Concrete Plant Rebuild
The applicant seeks site plan and design approval to demolish and rebuild a new concrete plant. The site is
located at 4708 W. 96th St. It is zoned I-1/Industrial and is not located within an overlay zone. Filed by

The applicant seeks administrative approval for the secondary plat only, for 4 lots on 30.7 acres, for a new
apartment complex with 350 units made up of cottage style homes and three 4-story buildings, as well as a
future commercial parcel. (The construction plans will be reviewed with Docket No. PZ-2023-00138
