Lot 48 - 06120012 V - 06120014 V Dear Mr. Wood: At the meeting held Monday, January 22,2007, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 10505 N. Cornell Avenue. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 060120012 V through 06120014 V Development Standards Variances for front yard setback along west property line, rear yard setback from east property line and setback from north property line. (Please note that these new setbacks mayor may not coincide with what the County Drainage Board approved, regarding the non-enforcement of the drainage easement on your lot.) Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approvals are valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approvals must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is January 22, 2008. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
