My job is to prepare and issue permits for the Hamilton County Surveyor. I have been in contact with Mr. Leopold and he did make application for non-enforcement permits for these 2 lot's at 10505 Cornell Ave. The Homeplace drain is a regulated drain with a 75' statutory easement. A non-enforcement permit would allow the encroachment. I advised Mr. Leopold that we would adhere to Carmel's approval of set-backs. Even though the corner lot would be 30' setback on 105th and Cornell. I believe Mr. Ward advised we will take his request to the drainage board first with his request being 20 feet. Thanks, Mary 1 Page 1 of2 Conn, Angelina V From: Scott Leopold [slleopold@yahoo.com] Sent: Sunday, December 17, 200610:48 AM To: Conn, Angelina V Cc: timwood7453@yahoo.com Subject: Re: Fwd: variance application Attachments: 2259498635-Packet12152006.pdf Angie, Attached is the application and supporting documents. Maybe you could go in and redo the application. There isn't anything on it that requires my signature and I didn't have much more to complete on the application. Let me know how to respond to her. Can you re-send it with darker ink, or scan it and email it to me?
