CB CHILDREN PARTNERSHIP OWNER'S CONSENT TO APPLICATION
The undersigned, CB Family Partnership ("CB Family"), is the owner of a parcel of real estate that is
identified per the records of the Hamilton County, Indiana Auditor's Office as Tax Parcel Identification
Number 17-09-21-00-00-001.000 (the "Real Estate'). CB Family hereby authorizes and consents to
Lennar Homes of Indiana, LLC ("Lennar") seeking rezone approval to a Planned Unit District Ordinance
before certain bodies of the City of Carmel, including but not limited to, the City of Carmel Plan
Commission and City of Carmel Common Council in order to develop the Real Estate for its intended
purposes (the "Application"). In addition, if Lennar determines that other approvals may be required or
deemed necessary in order to develop the Real Estate for its intended purposes, including but not limited
to, primary plat approval, development plan approval, ADLS approval, etc., (collectively the "Other
Approvals") the foregoing Consent and Joinder in Application shall apply to the Application and for any
Other Approvals sought by Lennar pertaining to the development of the Real Estate. Further, CB Family
also authorizes Lennar, its employees, engineers, land planners, attorneys, attorneys' employees and
agents, as follows:
To file Application with respect to the Real Estate; and,
2. To pursue the approval of the Application and Other Approvals, as such may be required.

LENNAR'S APPLICANT CONSENT TO AND JOINDER IN APPLICATION
The undersigned, Lennar Homes of Indiana, LLC ("Lennar"), is the Applicant regarding a parcel of real
estate that is identified per the records of the Hamilton County, Indiana Auditor's Office as Tax Parcel
Identification Number 17-09-21-00-00-001.000 (the "Real Estate"). Lennar is seeking rezone approval to a
Planned Unit District Ordinance before certain bodies of the City of Carmel, including but not limited to, the
