Please ensure that both of the sidewalks connections in the parking lot
comply with ADA standards to provide an ADA compliant accessible route
from the path along Pennsylvania to the building entrances.
Responsed by: Aaron Wilson - 1/31/24 3:49 PM
The curbs for the sidewalk at 12911 N Meridian will be
converted to ADA compliant ramps to provide an
accessible route from our building to Pennsylvania
Street. A proposal has been obtained from Howard
Companies to install 10 ramps.
----------------------------------------------------------
Reviewer Response: David Littlejohn - 1/24/24 11:47 AM
The northern (diagonal) sidewalk through the parking
lot has curbs on the edges of each island that do not
provide an accessible route from the path along
Pennsylvania to the building. Converting the curbs to
ADA ramps would provide an ADA compliant accessible
route. Please revise the plans to convert this sidewalk
so it is accessible.
----------------------------------------------------------
Responsed by: Aaron Wilson - 1/9/24 3:49 PM
Existing sidewalks from Pennsylvania to the buildings
will not be changed as part of this project. Please
indicate what changes are needed in case the existing
sidewalks currently do not meet ADA compliance.

Per email sent 12.22.23
I have provided three options for landscaping changes via email - also see
below. I have a pdf in the correspondence folder noting these options.
Option 1: Remove noted islands and pave over for solar and parking. Parking
lot island space will be added to other parking lot islands as noted,
essentially doubling of some islands, and removing others for a net zero
change. Option 2: Remove noted islands and pave over for solar and
parking. Parking lot island spaces will need to be relocated along both sides
of entrance where existing parking spaces will be removed. Option 3:
Remove all island landscaping as proposed (except the existing trees on the
6 islands where there is a current walkway and replace with landscaping as
proposed. *Solar panels must be placed at least a 9â (1 parking space) from
each island in all options.
L010.4 Proposed Landscape Plans.pdf Responsed by: Aaron Wilson - 1/9/24 4:25 PM
Will be implementing option 3 in addition we will also
keep few other trees as discussed during the site walk.
Updated plans were provided and approved via E-mail.

WILL THERE BE AN INCREASED RELEASE RATE OR INCREASED AMOUNT OF
IMPERVIOUS SURFACE? BE SURE TO VERIFY THAT THE OUTLET POINTS

DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS FOR THE PARKWOODS CROSSING ARM OF THE
CLARA KNOTTS REGULATED DRAIN
Responsed by: Aaron Wilson - 1/9/24 4:02 PM
We will not be adding impervious surfaces or modifying
the existing drain paths; down spouts from the canopies
will be implemented every 27 feet which will drain into
