Hollibaugh, Director SUE FINKAM, MAYOR L E T T E R of G R A N T February 27, 2024 Katherine Foley 30 Twinshore Court Carmel, IN 46033 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2024-00017 V: Foley Fence Height Variance Dear Ms. Foley At the meeting held on Monday, February 26, 2024, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 30 Twinshore Court. APPROVED: Foley Fence Height Variance – Development Standards Variance approval for: • Maximum 3.5-ft and 6-ft fence heights allowed, 8-ft granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is Feb. 26, 2027. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
