At the meeting held on Monday, February 26, 2024, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 9650 Mayflower
Park Drive:
DENIED: MedVet, Transportation Plan Compliance Variance – Development Standards Variance request for:
• PZ-2023-00267 V:Transportation Plan Compliance required, No multi-use path requested, denied.
(The Carmel City Engineering Dept. will now accept payment into the Non-Reverting Thoroughfare
Fund for the construction cost estimate amount you provided, dated 08/01/2023. Please work with
Alex Jordan in the Carmel Engineering Dept. to complete that payment.)
