The proposed amendments include the installation of signage, which is proposed for the entry to the development off of 96th Street (2 signs) and also for each of the three individual buildings that are planned for this office park development (3 signs). We believe the proposed plans for the signage are compliant with the commitment provisions of the Parkwood Crossing West Planned Unit Development District Ordinance (154-00-Z), as approved by the Plan Commission on May 15,2001. Please find herein the proposed elevation plans and lighting information for the signage applicable to this amendment. I have included excerpts from the PUD, which outline the signage that is permissible on the site. Additionally, there is an overall site plan showing the proposed locations of the signage, and also plans and photographs of existing signage in Duke Realty Corporation's Parkwood Crossing development, of which signage is referenced to within the PUD.
