The applicant is proposing a 5-10t subdivision. The site is located at the southwest comer of
146th Street and Village Drive. The site is zoned S-2/Residence. The petitioner also seeks
approval of the following Subdivision Waivers:
182-02a SW seD 6.3.4 continuation of platted street

The applicant is proposing a 5-10t subdivision. The site is located at the southwest comer of 146th
Street and Village Drive. Please see the informational packet provided by the applicant to view
the layout of the site.
The applicant is proposing one subdivision waiver to eliminate the requirement to extend an
existing platted right-of-way. They indicate that the adjoining neighbors are in favor of this
request. The Department is in support of the waiver request.
The Department recommends that this item be forwarded to the Subdivision Committee on
February 4th for further discussion.
