2i. Docket No. 182-02 PP; Village of Mount Carmel, Section 10 (Primary Plat)
The applicant is proposing a 5-10t subdivision. The site is located at the southwest comer of 146t1t
Street and Village Drive. The site is zoned S-2/Residence. The petitioner also seeks approval of
the following Subdivision Waivers:
182-02a SW seo 6.3.4 continuation of platted street
Filed by Chuck Wright of the Elliot Wright Group, LLC.
The applicant is proposing a 5-lot subdivision. The site is located at the southwest comer of 146th
Street and Village Drive. Please see the informational packet provided by the applicant prior to
the Public Hearing to view the layout of the site.
The applicant is proposing one subdivision waiver to eliminate the requirement to extend an
existing platted right-of-way. The Department is in support of the waiver request.
The Subdivision Committee forwards a 5-0 favorable recommendation to the full Plan
Commission.
The Department recommends that the Plan Commission approve the Subdivision Waiver
and Primary Plat request as presented and forwarded by the Committee:
Note: Written findings are required for action on both the Subdivision Waiver and the Primary
Plat. The applicant should provide nne copy for signature by the Plan Commission President at
the meeting.
