During my review I found a schematic of the fire alarm and in the electrical plans there is a circuit designated for the fire alarm, but I could not find a sheet showing locations of the devices or fire alarm control panel of annuciator panel. Are these drawing being submitted separately? If so when they become available, please forward copies to my office and the building commissioner office for review. That aside, it appears that all outstanding items have been satisfactorily addressed. Thank you for making the revisions. You may submit the requisite number of plans for approval (per Dick's most recent email). We will not approve the plans until the bonding is provided, and the availability fees are paid. Please contact Fred Glaser to obtain a retroactive r/w permit for the construction of the construction entrances (if this permit has not been issued) and to obtain a full r/w permit for all other work in the r/w. This permit is not necessary for final plan approval but there is no reason not to obtain this now. A R/W permit should have been obtained to construct the construction entrance. Please obtain a R/W permit from Fred today. Please provide the bonds and the estimates today as indicated. Please also deliver the check for the Water Fees today if the check is already written. I agree with what Dick outlined below unless this causes problems for your client in that, most times, the connection fees are paid by the individual builder (I am not sure of Pannantoni's arrangement with subsequent builders). I am hoping to do final review on the plans today. Craig, is the R/W being dedicated by plat? If it is not; we need to have proper dedication documents for the first Board meeting in February (by next Wednesday). The Water Fees need to be paid immediately as these are normally paid prior to final plan approval. It's my understanding that we received special approval to move dirt from Gary Duncan prior to final approval of the construction documents.
