Jim,
On this review, I had a couple of questions when I took in the plans. This
is an existing tenant that is expanding their area into the area next door.
They are taking down a wall. (He said it was not a structural or load
bearing wall.) They are moving some of their equipment around, and are
not sure at this point if they are going to have to install new plumbing
under the slab for drains, etc... jy
~IS that something they will need to tell us ahead of t I() , have
. Inspected, and/or have to be released at the State? NO
. If they do need to let us know on the plumbing, at what stage
should we require the name~~!1 # of tbeir plumbing
contractor? (By under-slab, :? ~l,~'I.
3. I am not sure if we need to . g for the full 3200 square feet
listed. Perhaps you could look at this, and determine if a different
amount is more appropriate to the work being done?
If you could let me know, and I will update the record and let the
contractor know if there is anything additional he needs to provide, I
would appreciate it.
Thank you,
Sarah
