Our plans are to relocate Windows-& Siding ofInd;a'taJ~lis, Inc. from its current
locatkm at 504TW~ 96dtStreet to 4JI S.Rangeline Road, Carmel.
This building was most recently used as a single-family residence with an elderly
occupant and the building has fallen into {fu.rcpair.
Our goal is 2 stage. First we would like to change the color otTthe exterior from brown
brickontbefrontandbrownconcreteblockonthe other-3ekwations to a light gray. The
brick wuuklbepaintedtomatch the- fiber e<<;ment-prefinished'gray 7" exposure siding that
will be installed on the other elevations.
The new windows and exterior_ comers will be- white and new gray matching gutters will
be installed. The existing black roofwill be retained.
We would also like-to-coosttuct. a-gWilge irrtherearthatis-30' by 40' . The siding material
will be a- premiumv4tytlightgraytomatch themainbuilding;Tbe shingles will be black
to match tlte front building as well.
