Docket No. 171-02 ADLS Amend; Lakeside Corporate Center Petitioner seeks amended Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage approval of a proposed wall sign. The site is located at 630 West Carmel Drive. The site is zoned M-3 Business. Filed by Marci A. Reddick of Hackman Hulett & Cracraft, LLP for 5MetaCom, Inc. The applicant is requesting ADLS Amendment approval of a new wall sign. Please see information packet for elevations and details (see information booklet submitted last week with ~ the agenda). The Committee may desire to see additional information regarding the proposed colors ofthe sign as they relate to the overall building fayade and any future building signage contemplated for the site. The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request after all comments and concerns are addressed. Note: The item only requires approval by the Special Studies Committee.
