The erosion and sediment control plan submitted was not reviewed for the adequacy of the engineering design. All practices included in the plan, as well as those recommended in the comments should be evaluated as to their feasibility by a qualified individual with structural practices designed by a qualified engineer. The plan has not been reviewed for local, state, or federal permits that may be required to proceed with this project. Additional information, including design calculations may be requested to further evaluate the erosion and sediment control plan. The erosion and sediment control plan has been reviewed and it has been determined that the plan: Satisfies the minimum requirements and intent of 327IAC 15-5 (Rule 5). Notification will be forwarded to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. Refer to the comments section for additional information. During our most recent conversations, you Informed me that the acquisition of right of way necessary fer the construction of the pasSing blister, had reached a stalemate with the current property owners. 0 ue to this Inability to acquire the necessary right of way, the entrance and Towne Road must be relocated to the west sIde of the road. The new entrance must accommodate the necessary acoelldecellanes and allow for a left turn lane to be constructed for northbound Towne Road traffic. The new entrance will need to shift the southbound lane of Towne Road to the west to allow for the turn lane. Please have Stoeppelwerth and Associates prepare the necessary plan sheets and details for the entrance. Weihe Construction must also be notified of the Changes to the entrance and stop all work In the area of the entrance until the plans for the relocated entrance are completed. Add the Source of Title Instrument # to the plat. 3. Please add all street names to the plat; they are required. If you do not have them, please obtain them from the developer. 4. On sheet 3 of the construction set, revise the location of the 6' asphalt path on the north side of the roundabout (it is currently shown on the hill on the side of the lake). 5.
