Staff has been advised that we cannot present a Condo Plat to the Director
for signature from this point forward until Ms. Terry Krueskamp
(tkrueskamp@carmel.in.gov) in Information Systems has received an e-mail
with an electronic file attached (MicroStation .dgn is preferred, or AutoCad
.dwg of the subdivision) and it (the e-mail) has been copied to myself
(aconn@carmel.in.gov), OR please upload a .dgn or .dwg file of the proposed
plat.

Please submit a revised Condo Plat after making above-mentioned changes.
Once these changes have been made and comments addressed, please
produce a Mylar copy (with the surveyors and land owners signatures) for
signature by this Department. 1 digital copy of the plat must be provided
with the Mylar copy, prior to recording, and then 1 paper copy and 1
electronic copy of the scanned, recorded plat must be submitted following
recording of the document. Our approval of the condo plat (signature) will
be forthcoming upon revision of the plans according to the items listed
above.

The condo plat and HPR have been uploaded. We
expect to have the final ok from the County Transfer
and mapping team today. We will print as soon as we
get that ok and will get them to the owner and city for
signatures.

Condo unit numbers
According to the original multifamily plans, Unit 184 should be on the east
side and Unit 185 should be on the west side. This also fits with the
apartment numbering (even numbers on the east side of the building, odd
numbers on the west side).

Hi Bill,
I noticed one thing on the plans you attached. Unit 184 (and the subsequent units
above) are shown on the west side of the building, and 185 on the east side. In the original
multifamily plans Unit 184 is on the east side and 185 on the west. I’ve attached the sheet
from the multifamily set.

We have filed an application that seeks administrative approval for a condominium plat for
9 residential units and 1 retail/commercial unit, which is a portion of overall mixed-use project that
also contains apartments and a parking garage. The site is located at 13111 Old Meridian St. The site
is zoned C2/Mixed Use.
The Signature project is nearly built, and this application will create condo lots so that the condos on
the project can be sold.
Please note that this will NOT appear on a TAC agenda. We do ask that any questions or comments
be sent to my attention and we can address them accordingly.

Hi Bill, I noticed one thing on the plans you attached. Unit 184 (and the subsequent units above) are shown on the
west side of the building, and 185 on the east side. In the original multifamily plans Unit 184 is on the east side and
185 on the west. I’ve attached the sheet from the multifamily set.
