Docket No. 166-02 Z; Pennsylvania and 1220d Street - Northeast Corner The applicant seeks to rezone 28.378 acres zoned R-l (Residential) and M-3 (Manufacturing) to B-6 (Business). The site is located at the northeast comer of 122nd Street and Pennsylvania Road. Filed by Blair D. Carmosino of Duke Realty Corporation. The applicant is requesting a favorable recommendation from the Plan Commission on their petition to rezone 28.378 acres zoned R~l (Residential) and M-3 (Manufacturing) to B-6 (Business). The Special Studies Committee forwards a favorable recommendation to the full Plan Commission by a vote of 5-0 subject to the following: 1. Verification that right-of-way has been dedicated pursuant to the Thoroughfare Plan or a commitment to dedicate the same. 2. A commitment to file for and obtain DP approval for the development of this real estate The Department recommends that the Plan Commission forward Docket No. 166-02 Z to the City Council with a Favorable Recommendation subject to the applicant filing a commitment to require Development Plan approval for the real estate.
