Dear Mr. Carmosino:
At the meeting held January 21,2003, the Cannel/Clay Plan Commission took the following action
regarding the rezone petition filed for the site located at the northeast comer of 122nd Street and
Pennsylvania Road.
APPROVED: Docket No. 166-02 Z, a petition to Rezone 28.378 acres. The Plan Commission
voted ten (10) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby forwarding the request to the Common Council
with a favorable recommendation.
