Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer meeting on the 25th day
of March, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Sq., 2nd Flr., Carmel, IN 46032, will
hold a Public Hearing upon a Development Standards Variance application to request a variance to UDO
Section 5.09 (Fence and Wall Standards), which allows a maximum 42-inch fence/wall in the front yard
with minimum 25% visibility required. The owner is requesting a 44 to 66 inch tall patio wall with 0%
visibility.
With the property being known as 1502 Mairn Ave (Clay Corner Subdivision, Lot 52).
The application is identified as Docket No. PZ-2023-00294 V.
