BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS – INFORMATION PACKET
PROJECT INTRODUCTION
This development is located on the west side of Six Points Road between Main Street and 136th Street at
the address of 13280 Six Points Road in Carmel, Indiana. The project site consists of approximately 4-
acres of currently undeveloped land. The project consists of two buildings, a single access drive, all
associated utilities and landscaping. The proposed use is consistent with the existing zoning district, S-1.
VARIANCES REQUESTED
Docket No. PZ-2024-00005 V UDO Section 2.04 Max. 18-ft accessory building height allowed, 22-ft
requested.
Docket No. PZ-2024-00007 V UDO Section 5.02 (B) Accessory buildings shall be set back 25-ft behind
the front line of Principal building, 226-ft in front of principal building requested.
