Ms. Kubal,
I have reviewed your sign submittal for Woof Gang Bakery, located at Rangeline Crossing, provided by
Universal Signs & Service, dated 12/19/2023. The submittal is Approved with comments, based on the sign
criteria for KRG Centre, LLC and Kite Realty Group, LLC.
Please contact the local building department to acquire the appropriate permits and approval for installation.
Sign installation cannot occur until the following conditions are satisfied:
· Copies of all permits must be e-mailed to the following:
o Shaunna Marshall, Sr. Project Manager, Tenant Improvements smarshall@kiterealty.com
o Jeff Laski, Property Manager jlaski@kiterealty.com
· Sign installation date must be sent to the following, minimum of 48 hours prior to installation.

· Installation can only take place before or after the center’s hours of operation.
