Just that there must be enough room, and that the actual racks must be anchored down to a concrete surface. (5.39.I.2.a.ii.3) This building has the ground sign and another sign over the main entrance. Only two are allowed. Please remove one of the proposed wall signs. Right now one is raceway mounted and one is flush mounted. If another sign were to be allowed through a variance application and grant, then both signs would have to have the same mounting and lighting style.
