CERTIFICATION OF THE CARMEL/CLAY
PLAN COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION
ON THE PETITION OF PLUM CREEK PARTNERS, LLC.
TO REZONE PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 146TH STREET AND HAZEL DELL PARKWAY
PURSUANT TO INDIANA CODE 36-7-4-605

Dear Members:
The Carmel/Clay Plan Commission offers you the following report on the application (Docket No. 164-
02 Z) of plum Creek Partners, LLC petitioning the Commission for a favorable recommendation to
rezone property generally located at the southeast comer of 146th Street and Hazel Dell Parkway:
The Carmel/Clay Plan Commission's recommendation on the petition of the applicant is
"FAVORABLE."
At its regularly scheduled meeting of May 20,2003, the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission voted ten (10) in
Favor, zero (0) Opposed, zero (0) Abstaining, to forward to the Common Council the proposed
Ordinance No. Z-410-03 with a Favorable Recommendation.
Please be advised that by virtue of the Plan Commission's Favorable Recommendation, pursuant to IC
36-7-4-608(f)(4), the Council has ninety (90) days to act on this petition before it becomes effective as
Certified by the Commission. Ninety days from the date of this Certification is Thursday, August 28,
2003.

NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
CARMEL, INDIANA
NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF
AN AMENDMENT TO THE CARMEL/CLAY
ZONING MAP
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the City of Carmel and Clay Township, Hamilton County,
Indiana, that the proper legal officers of the City of Carmel met at their regular meeting place, Council Chambers,
Carmel City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032, at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, the 4th day of August, 2003, and
adopted the following:
Ordinance No. Z-410-03, rezoning Tax Parcel LD. Nos. 17-10-22-00-00-004.000 and 17-10-22-00-00-
004.001 (connnonly known as Riverview Medical Park) generally located at the southeast intersection of
146th Street and Hazel Dell Parkway from the S-I/Residence District Classification to a PUDIPlanned Unit
Development.
Ordinance No. Z-410-03 affects only the aforementioned Tax Parcels.
Ordinance No. Z-410-03 does not amend any provision of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance regarding
penalties or forfeiture prescribed for a violation ofthe ordinance.
The entire text of Ordinance Z-410-03 is available for inspection in the Department of Connnunity
Services, Division of Planning & Zoning, Third Floor, Carmel City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana; and in
the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer, Third Floor, Carmel City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana.
