Hollibaugh, Director SUE FINKAM, MAYOR L E T T E R of G R A N T March 26, 2024 Adam Stephenson Allies Commercial Realty 7510 E 82nd Street Indianapolis, IN 46256 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2024-000021 UV: Arise Rehabilitation Facility Use Variance Mr. Stephenson: At the meeting held on Monday, March 25th, 2024, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Use Variance (UV) request filed by you for the property located at 4545 Northwestern Drive. APPROVED with CONDITIONS: Arise Rehabilitation Facility Use Variance approval for: • Docket No. PZ-2024-00021 UV: Permitted Uses – Clinic or Medical Health Center allowed, Institutional Hospital use granted. • CONDITIONS – The Petitioner addresses all remaining ProjectDox review comments. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Use Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the use variance approval is March 25th, 2027. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
