Hollibaugh, Director SUE FINKAM, MAYOR L E T T E R of G R A N T March 26, 2024 Dennis Brackenridge 10410 Cornell Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46280 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2024-000025 UV: Brackenridge Accessory Dwelling Use Variance Dear Mr. Brackenridge: At the meeting held on Monday, March 25th, 2024, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Use Variance (UV) request filed by you for the property located at 10410 Cornell Ave. APPROVED with CONDITIONS: Brackenridge Accessory Use Variance approval for: • Docket No. PZ-2024-00025 UV: Permitted Uses – Accessory Dwelling use not permitted, use granted. • CONDITIONS: The Petitioner addresses all remaining ProjectDox review comments. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Use Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the use variance approval is March 25th, 2027. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
