Hi Aliza,
Attaching the modified POC with the smaller sign area. Letters went from 16” high to 10.5” high. Width is 9.5’
which is about 114” wide vs the 120” at that point.

I believe I have resubmitted most information. The tenant wants to forego ground sign and have a 2 sign on the
face as indicated possible.
Let me know if there are other things I need to correct.

Attached is the aerial view and the site plan marked with the sign.
107684- DesiDistrict – is the lightening schematic. Let me know if this is not what we are looking for to cover this
item.
The last attachment KKM_C450….. is the landlord approval with the tenant signature as requested.
My designer is reworking the proof and the sign sizing as suggested on the max sign area. Once he is done, I will go
back to the client because they want to see it before I resubmit the drawing.

In email exchange with them, they will want to forego the ground sign and have a 2 sign on the south
elevation. So we will work both those up in the proof and resubmit.
