The petitioner seeks to add new provisions to and make several corrective amendments to the Zoning
Ordinance.
Filed by the Department of Community Services.
Please note the following:
· Published Public Notice needs to occur no later than Friday, October 25, 2002. Published notice is required
within the Indianapolis Star.
· Twenty (20) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Ramona Hancock no
later than noon, Friday, November 8, 2002. Failure to submit Informational Packets by this time will result in
the tabling of the petition to the Tuesday, December 17, 2002, agenda of the Plan Commission.
· Proof of Notice will need to be received by this Department no later than noon, Monday, November 18, 2002.
Failure to submit Proof of Notice by this time will result in the tabling of the petition.
· This Item will appear on the November 19, 2002, agenda of the Plan Commission under Public Hearings.
· This Item may also appear on the December 3, 2002, agenda of the Plan Commission Special Studies
Committee.
Once the file is updated (copy filed and file labeled on cover and internal files) please return the it to my office.
