The only fence allowed to have signage is the one directly on S. Rangeline and of that only 20% can have signage. Please provide the full height of the fence. Sides A, B, and C will not be allowed to be installed as those sides do not have direct street frontage. I can keep working on this as soon as I get the above informa?on. A?ached above are the missing documents from the prior applica?on. Below is a checklist of the requested items that are provided above.  Please provide schematic and renderings of signage as well as signage on fence.  Per UDO sign standards the maximum fence construction sign size is 20% of total mesh are PER STREET FRONTAGE.  Letter of approval from the landlord is also required.  A site plan showing where the fence is, measurements, as well as where the sign will be installed on the fence. Please review and let me know if you need anything addi?onal for approval or if I need to submit another way. Looking forward to hearing from you.
