remove wording
It is never recommended to remove interior twigs and lateral branches on a
newly planted tree. Please remove this wording. The city requires that all
binding and wire baskets be removed. Please either use the city standard
details or add this wording. Maintenance-wise it will be a lot harder to
remove a wire basket out of a tree grated hole as saws will not be able to be
used to get the old rootball out. City details have been uploaded to the
correspondence folder.

What is the status of this temporary basin?
From our aerials, it appears that this area is being used for staging and not
as the temporary detention shown on this and previous plans. If it is not
installed, we will need it to be constructed with this project.

The proposed expansion runoff enters existing storm
sewer downstream of the master planned vault, but
upstream of the outlet control structure. The runoff is

Section 5.29 of the City's UDO encourages long term bicycle parking for

considered short term bicycle racks not long term
bicycle parking. Long term bicycle parking is covered

If this is to be considered a ground sign, a delineated cornice is require per
sign standards. Depending where this is located, how it will be classified. As
it stands right now, it looks like a stand alone structure making it a ground

Bicycle rack installation detail
Revise the plans to include a bicycle rack installation detail to ensure that
they are installed in compliance with the City's bicycle parking standards.
Racks are to be installed a minimum of 24" from any obstructions and with a
