The applicant seeks approval for a new sign.
The site is located at 20 W Main St and is zoned B-2.
Filed by Monica Urick for Mudbugs Cajun Cafe.
The applicant is requesting ADLS Amendment approval a new projecting wall sign at the subject
location. Please see informational packet distributed with the agenda.
The proposed sign will be hung on an existing arm at the site, and complies with the ordinance.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request after
all comments and concerns have been addressed.
Note: This item only requires approval by committee.
