Enclosed you will find an ADLS Amendment Application for a new sign. I plan to open a restaurant at 20 West Main Street in Carmel. The restaurant that was in the space prior to us had a sign that projected from the building. All of the hardware and attachments are still affixed to the building. I will be just changing the sign to my company name and logo. The sign will be 24" x 60" and constructed of a very light weight and durable product called Alumalite. I have also included a proof provided to me by the sign company of exactly the sign will look like. Both sides of the sign will be identical.
