The applicant seeks approval for a new sign package.
The site is located at 9699 N Michigan and is zoned B-2.
Filed by Michael Oswald for Sign Craft Industries.
The applicant is requesting ADLS Amendment approval a new sign package at the subject
location. Please see informational packet distributed with the agenda.
The existing sign package for this location allows each tenant to have a non-illuminated single
letter wall sign. The new package will allow each tenant an interior lighted individual letter sign.
The signs comply with the ordinance.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request after
all comments and concerns have been addressed.
Note: This item only requires approval by committee.
