Wewould beusing allexisting concrete bases, allexisting feederwiring / meter base is to be re-use, all existing branch circuitry is to be re-used. No new primary wiring or branch circuitry is included, should any be required it will be an additional expense to the amount of this proposal. No painting of the P1 cabinets we pick up to bring back to Omni to build is included in this proposal. Existing anchor bolts are to be re-used. No permits are included in this proposal. No new cabinets are included in this proposal. PLEASE NOTE -The City of Carmel has an new P1 cabinet at Omni Electric's shop that we will take to the first RAB as this already has all of the interior components installed in it. So we will use this at the FIRST RAB we complete. At the end of this scope of work we will have (1) P1 cabinet brought back to OMNI's shop and built ready for another future project. All material in full is to be supplied by the City of Carmel to build the P1 cabinets we bring back to Omni Electric's shop. Omni has not allowed for any material in this scope of work, should any material need to be provided by Omni Electric LLC itwill be an additional expense on a time and material basis upon and beyond the amount of this proposal. 96th Street and Gray Road - we will go to this RAB and remove the existing P1 cabinet, install the already built cabinet we have at our shop in its place, re-terminate all existing electrical, test existing circuitry to ensure it is all back operational as it should be. The existing cabinet we removed will then be taken back to Omni's shop to get built with all interior components so it can be installed at the next RAB. 96th Street and Delegates Row - we will take the P1 cabinet we just built from the prior RAB and replace the existing P1 cabinet at this location. We will set the re-built P1 cabinet, re-terminate all existing electrical, test existing circuitry to ensure it is all back operational as itshould be. The existing cabinet we removed will then be taken back to Omni's shop to get built with all interior components so it can be installed at the new RAB. 03/14/24OmniProposal Continued... NOTE - we will be having to work with Duke Energy to get power disconnected / re-connected. Re-connection is dependent upon Duke Energy, we will call them for adisconnect and again as soon as the cabinet has been changed out so that they can return for reconnect but we can not guarantee atimeline for reconnection as Duke Energy will tell us when they will return for re-connection. We can not guarantee power will be restored the same day as disconnect. Wewill allow for the use of an arrow board sign and orange traffic cones / barrels. All work is to be completed during normal business hours.
