Rangeline Road: APPROVED: Lake City Bank Remodel Variances - Development Standards Variance approval for: PZ-2023-00194 V: 1 sign allowed, 2 granted (facing west), PZ-2023-00195 V: Minimum 5-ft ground sign setback from street right of way required, 0-ft granted, PZ-2023-00196 V: Minimum 20 parking spaces required, 14 granted, and CONDITION: The Petitioner receives Board of Public Works (BPW) Consent to Encroach approval for the ground sign.
